How to collaborate with CAMEL:
1 CUSTOMER provide parts 3D & 2D files, 3D drawing in STEP, STP, X_T format would be better for analysis.
2 CAMEL provide DFM (Part Analysis report) in 48
hours.
3 CAMEL provide MF (Moldflow report) in 72 hours.
4 CAMEL provide tooling schedule after getting the confirmation for the steel cutting. This schedule will be updated on every Monday following, along with detailed noted process of the project with photos.
5 CAMEL provide Trial report with the video and pictures showing the mold running status and samples’ status.
6 CAMEL provide pre-production for casting parts if CUSTOMER need to shorten the time from trial run to mass production.
7 CAMEL provide the checking list before mold shipment, which includes all items which need to be confirmed before mold shipping, along with the pictures.
8 CAMEL Provide technical support after CUSTOMER gets the molds,we will respond quickly if CUSTOMER'S factory has problems during mold operation
What CUSTOMER need to do during cooperation:
1, Provide parts final 2D & 3D files.
2, Provide your comments for the DFM,MF and mold design.
3, Confirm the samples
Additional services:
1. Build prototype parts if needed.
3. Surface treatment for Casting parts if needed, including electroplating, painting, powder coating, shot blasting, sand blasting, anodizing and so on
4. Build post-processing fixture if needed
5. X-ray detection report if needed
6. Sample material composition analysis if needed
