Third, it does not rust or corrode. If the friction plate can not play a good role in preventing rust and corrosion, it will affect the operation of the machinery and shorten the service life of the machinery.

Causes and elimination methods of tractor clutch slippage faults.

Fault phenomenon: slow start in low gear, difficult to start, sometimes jitter; reduced tractor traction; When the load increases, the speed of the vehicle fluctuates and even stops, but the sound of the internal combustion engine does not change; In severe cases, the clutch overheats, the friction plates smoke, and there is a burning smell.

Causes and Troubleshooting:

(1) There is oil stain on the surface of the friction plate. It is mainly caused by damage to sealing devices such as oil seals, leakage of lubricating oil, or improper maintenance and excessive oil injection. The source of the oil contamination should be identified and eliminated, and then cleaned;

(2) The free clearance of the clutch is too small or there is no clearance. should be readjusted;

(3) The pressure spring is broken or the elastic force is weakened. Springs should be replaced;

(4) The friction plate is worn. If the friction piece is ecbrasive, seriously burned or too thin, the rivet head is exposed, and it should be replaced; If the wear is not large, the rivet is buried at a depth of not less than 0.5 mm, and it can not be replaced. However, if the rivet is loose, it should be re-riveted or replaced with a new rivet. If the friction piece is lightly burned, it can be smoothed with sandpaper;

(5) The warping deformation of the driven disc and the unevenness of the plane of the flywheel and the pressing plate are too large, which should be corrected and repaired;

(6) The return spring is loose or broken and should be replaced.
