How to feeding bags into sorter counter machine?
1. there is a buffer storage bucket in sorter machine, hand filling bag into bucket or use a conveyor transfer bag into bucket directly. and there are 2 conveyor inside of bucket to lifting bags from bucket to sorter machine

How is sorter machinery running?
1. there are 11 to 13 sets of servo motors equipped in sorter machine, electronic sensor detecting bags on sorter machine. then servo motor will be running by different speed to sorting seperately. and we added some direction guiding parts in machine. sorter machine will seperate bags one by one

Why output conveyor with bowl design?
1. bowl output conveyor with table design for operators taking bags easily.
2. this design specially for facotry to sorting various of sachets with different secondary packages.
for example: final package including pouch, boxes. and all package with different sizes. and each package containing diffrent number of bags. there is no good way to compatible all packages full automatically. finally, the best way is use labors take bags from sorter machine and filling in to pouch or box manually.
