EasyReal has its Rose tea experiment today! Look here ! Before the trial starts, the experimenter needs to have the CIP to clean the pipeline and SIP to sterilize the equipment to keep an aseptic environment, which will avoid the microbial contamination.

The first step is to prepare the raw material. The rose tea needs to be crushed and add sweet sugar or any ingredients according to the client's requirement.

And when the Pilot UHT Sterilizer reaches the set temperature and sterilized time for seconds, we can ready to pour the rose tea to the product barrel. This capacity can be adjusted from 5L to 40L per hour as you want.

After sterilization, the rose tea should be filled in the aseptic plastic bottles.

If the clients want to homogenize, we can also add the homogenizer section to make the rose tea have a smoother taste.

😊The tube-in-tube sterilizer adopts Italian technology and is specially designed to sterilize high-viscosity materials like tomato paste.

Its superheated water section generates superheated water, including a hot water tank, a hot water pump, and a plate heat exchanger. It also features Spirax Sarco steam valves to control the steam. The sterilizer uses superheated water for heat exchange with the materials, preventing scorching and ensuring product quality.

The tube sterilizer has four working sections: heating holding, cooling and cooling return section. In a tomato paste production line, we heat the product to 108-110 degrees in the heating section and maintain that temperature for 120-180 seconds in the holding section to ensure full sterilization. Then, the product is cooled before entering the aseptic filling machine. You can see that the joints of the sterilizer are finely welded, polished and ground, so the quality can be guaranteed.

The Multi-Effect Forced Circulation Ev***rator by EasyReal is designed for concentrating various fruit and vegetable pastes and purées with high efficiency and minimal cleaning downtime. Available in single, double, triple, or multi-effect configurations, the system can be customized from 500 L/h to 35,000 L/h ev***ration capacity to meet specific production needs. The ev***rator heats product under pressure and flashes it in a separator, preventing boiling on heat surfaces and reducing fouling. By reusing v***r energy across multiple effects, it achieves significant steam savings and stable °Brix results. Controlled by a PLC-based automation system with an intuitive HMI interface, operators can easily manage temperature, pressure, and flow.
