Inaccurate flexure test results for cement are most often caused by an uncalibrated load cell.

In this tutorial, we use a Model 2025 standard load calibrator as the reference standard to verify the accuracy of the flexure load cell.

Operation steps:
Load the testing machine to the target force value. Record the actual force reading from the standard load calibrator and input the data into the machine’s control system.

Calibrate step by step from 1000 N, 2000 N up to the maximum calibration limit.
