Sandvik CH430 Cone Crusher: Fresh Paint on a Fully Overhauled Machine
This Sandvik CH430 cone crusher just finished its internal overhaul — all components checked, repaired, and put back together. Now we're doing the outside: sandblast, primer, top coat.

Painting isn't just making it look pretty. On a crusher, it's protection:
✅ Sandblast to bare metal — remove all old paint, rust, scale
✅ Epoxy primer — stops corrosion, bonds the top coat
✅ Industrial top coat — resists oil, dust, UV, impact
✅ Fully cured, then checked for runs, sags, missed spots

A proper paint job lasts years. Rush it and it peels in months.

A quality rebuild isn't done when the last bolt is torqued. It's done when the machine looks and runs like new — inside and out.

We rebuild Sandvik and Metso cone crushers — full internal overhaul, machining, parts replacement, complete refinishing, test run before shipment. Worldwide delivery. Drop us a message.

Metso HP100 Cone Crusher: Worn Main Shaft — Welded, Machined & Reassembled
This Metso HP100 came in with really bad wear on the main shaft bushing fit area — plus a damaged crushing arm. We welded the worn shaft area, turned it on a lathe, replaced the crushing arm, and now we're putting it all back together.

Here's what we did:
✅ Weld buildup on the worn shaft surface
✅ Lathe machine back to original diameter and finish
✅ Replace damaged crushing arm
✅ Install new main shaft bushing — precise fit, correct alignment
✅ Full assembly, torque to spec, check rotation

Important point: when the shaft wears, you can't just throw a new bushing in. The new bushing will follow the worn shape and wear out in months. The shaft itself has to be repaired and machined back to spec.

We rebuild Metso cone crushers of all models — worn shaft repair, component replacement, precision machining, full test run before shipment. Worldwide delivery. Drop us a message if you've got a worn crusher that needs work.

Metso HP100 Cone Crusher Head: Severely Worn — Welded & Machined Back to Spec
This Metso HP100 cone crusher head came in with really bad wear on the main bearing surface. Just machining it down wouldn't work — we had to weld it back up first, then turn it on a lathe.

Here's how we fixed it:
✅ Inspect & measure — see how deep the wear goes
✅ Weld buildup — layer by layer, controlling heat to prevent warping
✅ Lathe machining — turn it back to the original diameter and finish
✅ Final check — dimensions, roundness, surface finish all within OEM spec

The takeaway: not every worn head needs replacing. When the wear is within repairable limits, weld + machining restores it to factory condition at a fraction of the cost.

If your cone crusher head looks like this, don't rush to buy a new one. Reach out — we can tell you if it's worth repairing.

We rebuild Metso cone crushers of all models — component repair, precision machining, full overhaul, test run before shipment. Worldwide delivery. Drop us a message.

Sandvik CJ613 Jaw Crusher: Installing Pulley & Flywheel
Working on a Sandvik CJ613 jaw crusher rebuild — installing the pulley and flywheel onto the eccentric shaft.

This is a precision step, not just "bolt it on." The pulley transmits power from the motor. The flywheel stores energy to smooth out the crushing motion. Get this wrong and you get vibration, fast belt wear, and dead bearings.

How we do it right:
✅ Clean shaft taper, pulley bore, keyway — no burrs, no dirt
✅ Lift straight, align carefully — don't force it, don't drop it
✅ Verify full seating on the taper — no gaps
✅ Torque everything to spec, check keyway fit, confirm free rotation

Do it right and the crusher runs smooth for years. Rush it and you're replacing bearings in months.

We rebuild Sandvik and Metso crushers — full teardown, precision assembly, test run before shipment. Worldwide delivery. Drop us a message if you've got a crusher that needs work.

Metso HP200 Cone Crusher: Removing Years of Rust & Rock Slurry
This Metso HP200 cone crusher came in for a full rebuild — and after we tore it down, the inside was covered in heavy rust, corrosion, and compacted rock slurry.

This is why we deep clean everything before we even start inspecting. You can't check for cracks, wear, or damage when everything's covered in rust and gunk.

What we do:
✅ High-pressure wash to remove bulk slurry
✅ Air blast and hand clean every cavity and machined surface
✅ Only then start dimensional inspection and damage assessment

If your crusher's internals look like this, you're already past due for maintenance. Regular lubrication and cleaning prevents this level of corrosion.

We rebuild Metso cone crushers of all models — full teardown, deep cleaning, machining, parts replacement, test run before shipment. Worldwide delivery. Drop us a message if you've got a crusher that needs work.

HP200 Cone Crusher Rebuild Complete — Watch It Run Smooth
This Metso HP200 cone crusher just finished a complete rebuild — and now it's running smooth on test run.

Full teardown, deep clean, inspection, damage repair, all wear parts replaced, precision reassembly, fresh paint. But the rebuild isn't done until the machine proves it can run.

Here's what we check on every test run:

✅ **Pre-start inspection** — oil levels, pressure, fasteners, rotation direction, safety guards, hydraulics, electrical. Everything verified before startup
✅ **Startup monitoring** — first minutes of no-load run, watching for abnormal noise, vibration, leaks, temperature spike
✅ **Performance parameters** — vibration levels, bearing temps, oil pressure, motor current, hydraulic pressure, clamping force. All measured against OEM spec
✅ **Functional testing** — CSS adjustment, overload protection, locking cylinders, lubrication system. Every system the customer uses on site gets tested
✅ **Extended run** — run long enough for temps to stabilize, make sure nothing develops over time. Only then do we sign off

Why does this matter? Because we'd rather find and fix a problem in our workshop than have you discover it on site — where downtime costs thousands a day.

This HP200 passed everything. Running smooth, ready to ship, ready to work.

We rebuild Metso cone crushers of all models — HP, GP, MP, Nordberg series. Full teardown, machining, parts replacement, test run before shipment. Worldwide delivery. Drop us a message if you've got a crusher that needs rebuilding.

Workshop Tech: Painting a CJ613 Crusher Pulley — It's Not Just Spray Paint
Painting the pulley on this Sandvik CJ613 jaw crusher — surface prep, primer, top coat, drying, inspection.

A lot of people think painting heavy equipment is just making it look pretty. But on a crusher pulley, proper coating does real work: protects the cast iron from rust, makes cracks and leaks easy to spot, and extends the life of the component.

Here's how we do it right:

✅ **Surface prep first** — grind off all rust, old paint, grease, and scale. Clean it down to bright metal with a slightly rough finish. This is THE most important step — paint won't stick to dirt, and 80% of paint failures come from bad prep
✅ **Anti-corrosion primer** — epoxy or zinc-rich primer that stops rust and creates a bonding layer for the top coat. Skip this and the paint peels in months
✅ **Industrial top coat** — polyurethane or epoxy made for heavy equipment. Resists oil, dust, UV, and impact. Applied in even layers for the right film thickness — not too thin, not too thick
✅ **Dry & inspect** — let it cure fully, then check for runs, sags, missed spots, and proper thickness. Only then does it go back on the crusher

Bottom line: proper painting is a process, not a quick spray. Do it right and the finish lasts years. Rush it and you're repainting in months.

We rebuild jaw and cone crushers of all brands — full component refinishing, proper prep, industrial-grade coating, testing before shipment. Worldwide delivery. Drop us a message if you've got a crusher that needs work.
