After the first set of columns successfully passed the size inspection by the customer and the UT inspection by the third-party inspection company TUV, the second set of columns received the size inspection by the customer and the UT inspection by TUV in early April 2026. As the two sets of columns have the same structure and size, with the experience gained from the first inspection, the second inspection was completed within two days very quickly. In response to the questions raised by the customer that need to be rectified, our company actively provided answers and cooperation and successfully completed the inspection work.

The first set of crane column assembly successfully passed the customer's size measurement and the UT inspection by TUV
From March 1st to March 13th, 2026, the first set of crane column assembly underwent a pre-installation inspection that lasted approximately two weeks. The client dispatched its own chief measurement engineer to measure the dimensions. By using a Leica Absolute Tracker for column modeling measurement, a detailed analysis was conducted on each detail dimension. The analysis results of the dimensions are good. The chief measurement engineer has fully affirmed and praised the processing quality of our company. Meanwhile, the client invited a third-party inspection company, TUV, to conduct ultrasonic flaw detection on the welds of the columns. The final results all met the requirements of the drawings.
Our company has taken on the manufacturing of such a large-scale, high-standard and strict crane column for the first time. All departments of the company have worked together with one heart, actively communicated various problems encountered in production, focused on technical key points, and overcome various technical difficulties, thus presenting customers with products of excellent craftsmanship and qualified quality.

They emphasized the need for strict control over details in production to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Two Urea Crushers Successfully Delivered
On March 11, 2026, two sets of urea crushers contracted by our company were successfully dispatched from our factory and were unloaded to the site designated by the customer on March 14.
Last year, our department undertook the production of two sets of urea crushers for the first time. During the production process, we actively cooperated with the design institute to provide relevant technical documents and promptly replied to and answered the questions raised by the customers. To ensure on-time delivery, components with long production period has be given priority in production scheduling, and the procurement schedule have be reasonably planned. When Ex-work delivery, carefully count each component to ensure the correct quantity and make the packing list clear and understandable. Ultimately, the product delivery was successfully completed in accordance with the customer's requirements, earning the customer's firm trust.

Mill Components inspected by German Client

Recently, a German client visited CITIC IC to conduct a final inspection of a batch of mill components manufactured by CITIC IC. Inside the product inspection workshop, four components, each weighing approximately 1.5 tons, were neatly arranged. Three were cast steel pieces, and one was a fabricated weldment. The German client was diligently at work beside each piece, meticulously verifying every dimension and machining detail against the drawings with precision measuring tools.
