Gebo updated QT4-18 fully automatic block making machine production line consist of 2 meter diameter pan mixer with self loading hopper, 8 meter belt convey machine, QT4-18 block machine, one pallet stacker

QT4-18 automatic block machine is newly updated by using stronger material main frame which is same with QT4-15, new design rolling brush on block receive machine can brush fresh block smooth in surface.

2 meter diameter pan mixer can mixer more material and has high output. Solid block request lots of material, the mixer should be efficienct in mixing, otherwise it can not supply material in time.
Smaller size pan mixer like 1.5meter pan mixer or 1.6meter pan mixer can not supply material in time.
With self loading hopper, which is easy to load material to mixer and convenient to make raw material ratio. It also has automatic water spray system, can spray water faster and evenly

6inches hollow/solid , 5inches hollow/solid and rectangular paver block are mostly commenly used in Ghana, This QT4-18 automatic block machine is very popular in Ghana
It can produce 400x150x200mm 6inch hollow block 5 pcs each time, 1200pcs per hour. By changing moulds, it can produce different kinds of blocks, brick, paverment blocks and curbstone.
