🚀 Another milestone for industrial-scale POE production!

USEON’s extrusion pelletizing system for PetroChina’s first industrial-scale solution-process POE plant has successfully completed its first trial run.

✅ Stable operation at 100% design load
✅ Key parameters met design requirements
✅ Qualified POE pellets successfully produced

This successful trial run marks another important step in USEON’s work in high-performance polyolefin processing and large-scale extrusion applications.

USEON delivered a SAT75 twin screw extruder line for 75% CaCO₃ filler masterbatch.

The line was verified during FAT with stable 650–750 kg/h output, uniform pelletizing, and final pellet moisture below 150 ppm.
