Technology---The Use and Maintenance of Trailer's ABS.
ABS---Anti-Lock Braking System. The main points of this system is to prevent locking of tires when braking of great urgency, for this, it can improve the performance of braking stabilization, and make it more controllable.
The use and maintenance of ABS:
1. The combination valve can not be flush directly when we wash the trailer, or it will cause the ABS of system failures.
2. ABS power wire harness must be unplug when we weld of the trailer, otherwise the ECU will be damaged.
3. The pipeline filter was installed in trailer, it needs to be clean once in three months. The cleanliness is ensure and in case of the damage of ABS.
4. The tractor's Brake gas line must be ensure that there's no air leakage and lack of air pressure, the general brake of the tractor must be guaranteed.
5. Check the sensor connector is loose or not often. If it needs to replace, cannot insert in the wrong place, the gas-road and sensor's one-to-one match need to be keep.
6. During maintenance the hub, pay attention not to damage the surface of the ring -gear. If there's dust and oil contamination on the surface of the ring-gear, it needs to be cleaned, ans also need to clean the wheel speed sensor.
7. There's no need to use the continuous point when the trailer is brakes on slippery roads, just need to use the full braking.
8. The sensor must be pushed complete when tyre is installed. Ensure the space between sensor and ring-gear. When hub is installed, pay attention not to barbaric.
9. With most of the braking system is general braking, ABS is not participate in the braking process, generally do not cause the tire's high temperature. But abnormal high temperature may have an impact on sensor.
10. If there's a breakdown, users can not take down the part of ABS system themselves, they should consult the ABS manufacturer or company‘s’ after sales service department.
