For fan buyers, one good sample is not enough. What really matters is whether the same fan can keep stable performance in repeat orders β€” airflow, static pressure, motor performance, noise level and assembly consistency.

At AFL’s Haining factory, traceability starts from the moment materials enter the warehouse.

Each material batch is recorded in the ERP system. Before production, materials go through incoming quality control based on defined inspection plans and AQL sampling standards.
