At AFL’s Haining factory, traceability starts from the moment materials enter the warehouse.

Each material batch is recorded in the ERP system. Before production, materials go through incoming quality control based on defined inspection plans and AQL sampling standards.

If any material does not meet requirements, it is separated physically and blocked in the ERP system, so it cannot be accidentally used in production.
