1️⃣ Mixing & Cooking – Sugar, glucose, gelatin, and flavors are blended and cooked into a smooth syrup.
2️⃣ Depositing – The syrup is pumped into a hopper, then precisely injected into diamond-shaped molds by the depositor head.
3️⃣ Cooling & Setting – Molds travel through a cooling tunnel (5-10°C) where the liquid sets into that perfect chewy texture.
4️⃣ Demolding – The hardened gummies are gently released from the molds.
