Is your glass "smiling" at you when it should be flat? ๐Ÿ˜Šโžก๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ Concave or cupped edges can ruin a production run, especially with Low-E glass.

Why it happens :
Itโ€™s all about the Cooling Tug-of-War. If the bottom cools faster than the top, it shrinks first and pulls the glass into a bowl shape.

The Fix: ๏ผšโ€‹
โœ… Boost the Top:โ€‹ Crank up the top air pressure.
โœ… Ease the Bottom:โ€‹ Dial back the bottom quench.
โœ… Low-E Tuning:โ€‹ Adjust your convection to compensate for those reflective coatings.

Establish a "Clean & Inspect" routine. If a roller is past its prime, replace it immediately. Itโ€™s cheaper than re-running the job!
