When Mistakes Happen, Action Speaks Louder Than Words 💪
last month, we realized that the large pins for the frame were not packed due to a pre-shipping communication gap.
Our response?
No blame game. No long waiting periods.
I personally went to the site, checked the container, measured the dimensions (see photo evidence!), and sourced the replacements locally within hours. The missing parts are already on their way to the client.
