Still carrying boxes and supplies upstairs one load at a time?
When the same trip is repeated throughout the day, it becomes more than a tiring job. It takes people away from other work, slows the connection between floors and turns a simple transfer into a daily problem.
This video shows a stainless-steel vertical lift being tested with cartons before delivery.
Most customers are not looking for the biggest or most complicated machine. They want to know:
Will it fit the available space?
Can it carry the items we use every day?
Can it connect smoothly with our existing workflow?
These practical details matter far more than how impressive the machine looks.
We’ll continue sharing equipment tests, working details and different material-handling applications from our factory.
If moving goods between floors is also part of your daily work, follow our page and join the conversation.
What do you need to move—and from which floor to which floor?

Still unloading a full pallet just to get the goods to the next floor?

That often means handling the same products twice: unloading them downstairs, then arranging them again upstairs.

More handling. More time. More work added to an already busy day
This video shows another way. The complete pallet enters the conveyor at the lower level and is carried upward by the vertical lifting system—without breaking the load down into individual items.
For factories with storage and production on different floors, keeping the pallet together can make the entire movement much simpler.
Not every factory has the same layout, but the problem is familiar: heavy loads need to go upstairs, and the work cannot stop while they are being moved.
How do you currently move full pallets between floors?

Production grows. Floor space doesn’t.

As a factory becomes busier, more conveyors, more walking routes and more material can quickly fill the available space.

Eventually, there may be nowhere left to extend the line horizontally.
That is when the unused height inside the building becomes worth considering.
In this video, cartons enter the vertical lift automatically, travel upward and continue to the discharge section. Instead of occupying a longer route across the floor, the material flow moves vertically.
Every factory layout is different, but the question is often the same:
When the floor is already crowded, can the space above it become part of the solution?
Where is space most limited in your facility—production, storage or packing?

This page is new, but our work began long before it.
I’m Aileen, and this is part of an ordinary day in our factory in China—standing beside the conveyor, discussing how the material should move before testing begins.
Our team has worked with lifting equipment and conveying systems for more than 20 years.

Over time, we have learned that every customized project should begin with questions, not with a machine model:

What needs to be moved?
From where to where?
What are its size and weight?
How often does it need to move?
How should it connect with the existing workflow?
These everyday conversations are where a practical solution begins.
I started this page to share more than finished machines. I also want to share the discussions, tests, adjustments and people behind them.
We hope our experience can reach factories beyond China and help make material handling a little easier in more parts of the world.
If you work in manufacturing, system integration, logistics or automation, you are welcome to follow our journey.

The hardest part is not always the weight of one carton.

It is carrying another one upstairs, walking back down, and then doing the same trip again—hour after hour.

At first, it may seem like a small task. But when production gets busy, repeated carrying can take people away from other work, leave the next floor waiting for materials, and slowly turn an ordinary job into a daily burden.

That is the real problem behind this test.
The worker loads the carton at the lower level, and the vertical lift handles the journey upstairs.
We are not trying to make a simple movement look impressive. We are trying to remove one unnecessary trip from someone’s working day.
For a factory, smoother material flow can mean less waiting. For the people on the floor, it can mean less carrying, less walking and more energy for work that really needs them.
If your team moves cartons between floors every day, which is the bigger challenge—manual labor, waiting time or limited space?
Follow us as we share more everyday factory problems and how we work through them.

When machines don’t work together, people end up doing the extra work.

A tote stops between two stations. Someone has to walk over, check it and move it forward. The machines may both be running, but the material—and everyone waiting for it—is not going anywhere.
That is the problem we are checking in this test.
The yellow tote moves from one lift to the next while we watch every handoff carefully. Not because the movement needs to look impressive, but because nobody wants their team spending the whole day dealing with small delays that should not be there.
A smooth material flow is not about having one fast machine. It is about every machine knowing when to let go—and when to take over.
Has one small transfer point ever slowed down your whole line?

Not every factory has room for another long conveyor.
But the cartons still need to get upstairs—again and again, every day.
Here, one carton rolls into a single-column lift and continues to the next floor. It looks like a small movement, but anyone who has carried boxes between floors knows how tiring that job becomes by the end of a shift.
Sometimes, good material flow is simply about making someone’s day a little easier.

Not every production problem comes with an alarm.
Sometimes a box simply stops between two machines.
Someone walks over, gives it a little push, and gets back to work. It only takes a few seconds—until it happens again and again, every day.
That is why we pay so much attention to the handoff.
In this test, the lift and conveyors are passing the load from one step to the next, so no one has to stand there and keep helping it along.
Good automation is not about replacing people. It is about saving them from the small interruptions that quietly wear them down.
Does anyone on your production line still have to give the product “a little push”?
