Coiling corrugated pipe sounds simple. Until you add steel wire. Or slitting.

🚀 50M/min HDPE pipe coiling — fully automatic, fully integrated.

We recently commissioned our LSZDDJ-32 automatic coiling & strapping machine at a European customer site. The result? Seamless online coil changing, strapping and discharging — all without manual intervention.

🔧 Key specs:
Pipe dia: Ø16–32mm
Max coiling speed: 70m/min
6 uniform PP straps, flatness ≤2%
Full cycle (coiling → strapping → unloading): just 130 seconds

The closed-loop tension system synchronises perfectly with upstream extrusion, while the lifting frame prevents pipe drops and surface damage during reel change.
