In response to a series of challenges faced during operations at ADNOC sites, such as high hydrogen sulfide concentrations, high ambient temperatures, and inconvenient inspection operations, KERUI has custom-built an acid gas compressor unit. To address the strong corrosive characteristics of hydrogen sulfide, the equipment is made of high-performance corrosion-resistant alloys, ensuring excellent performance and reliability of the compressor unit; the equipment can handle both low-pressure and medium-pressure gas sources simultaneously, achieving a "dual-use" function; the steam recovery compressor adopts a 5-stage compression structure, easily adapting to ultra-high compression ratio conditions, and is paired with a refined full-process monitoring system to ensure continuous and stable operation of the unit. Cluster wells have become the mainstream development model for large-scale production of overseas oil fields due to their intensive land use and high production efficiency. In response to the needs of South American customers, KERUI has developed and manufactured a cluster well drilling rig. This rig adopts a rail-type cluster well transfer system, which allows the entire rig to be relocated while fully assembled, with supporting equipment transported simultaneously, simplifying the relocation process and shortening the construction period. The equipment has strong adaptability and can be arranged in double-row well groups with a well spacing of 15 meters and row spacing of 30 meters, meeting the development requirements of 12 oil wells. In response to the operating conditions requirements of TotalEnergies projects, Kerui has developed and manufactured electrically driven reciprocating compressors, solving various technical difficulties associated with well casing gas recovery and gas-liquid mixed transportation for the project.
In terms of digital & intelligent capabilities, the unit is equipped with an advanced PLC control system to realize real-time collection of unit operating data, remote monitoring, start-stop control and other functions. In terms of advanced performance, the equipment adopts a modular skid-mounted structure and highly integrated design, enabling rapid interchange of different units. KERUI has developed and manufactured an Land & Sea Dual-Purpose Coiled Tubing Equipment for Southeast Asian clients, taking into account local high temperatures, high humidity, marine conditions, and complex geological scenarios. The equipment innovatively allows flexible operation in both land and sea conditions. On land, it adopts a 'one main truck, one auxiliary truck' configuration, making relocation easier and operations more efficient. On offshore platforms, it can switch to a skid-mounted modular structure, perfectly fitting the platform's space layout and operational needs. The equipment can handle working pressures up to 103.4 MPa, and continuous tubing can be deployed to depths over 4,500 meters. This is a field demonstration video of the KERUI KRIDS intelligent drilling rig. The equipment can achieve one-button operation for offline casing and one-button operation for making-up and pulling-out drilling tasks. The ATS intelligent control system can increase drilling speed by 30% to 70%. Through the video recognition intelligent perception system, the casing installation time can be reduced to less than 15 minutes, and five on-site operators can be reduced. With the energy management system and electric energy storage technology, fuel consumption and gas emissions can both be reduced by 15%.Currently, this series of rigs has been deployed in multiple oil and gas fields worldwide and has received widespread praise from customers.
