V-BANK AIR FILTER
V bank filters, also be called as v cell filters, rigid pocket filters, are the most important part in clean room ventilation systems when filtration level 100 or 10. V bank filters are pre-filters before HEPA filters, the role and function are the same as pocket filters, but v bank filters offer more stable performance.
The 'V' design provides significantly more surface area than pocket filters, reducing the overall pressure drop in the system and extending HEPA filters life. To enlarge the service life of HEPA filters, V bank filters need to remove most of the 0.5um particles with efficiency from 75-99%.
Normally, the v bank filters are made of ABS plastic frame, mini pleated glass fiber or pp pack, hot melt glue as the separator, they are manufactured in a doubleheader frame and are relatively lightweight when compared to the overall capacity of the products.

HEPA FILTER BOX / TERMINAL HEPA MODULE

HEPA AIR FILTER WITH HOOD
HEPA air filter with hood is designed to provide unidirectional airflow from tee-bar ceilings. Standard air filtration modules come in 24 in. x 24 in. and 24 in. x 48 in. sizes with either 10 in. or 12 in. diameter collars. SEPARATOR AIR FILTER

The filtration material of the HEPA Filter with Separator adopts high density paper of super fine glass fiber, which is folded and then separated with aluminum foil which is pleated with a special machine. Particular concrete interface agent is used to seal four sides, ensuring airtight all round of the filter. Filtration efficiency is very high, up to 99.99% (µm0.3, H13), 99.995% (µm0.3, H14) . Before leaving factory, performance test will be done to all filters respectively.

An air shower is a necessary passage for a person or goods entering the cleanroom in order to minimize the number of particulate contaminants.
