We are proud to announce that our scientific abstract has been accepted for presentation at ADLM — a testament to our commitment to advancing diagnostic innovation. Our study introduces a novel oligomeric antibody-based immunoturbidimetric assay for HbA1c detection, addressing the key limitations of traditional methods while delivering performance comparable to the HPLC gold standard.
HPLC remains the gold standard for HbA1c testing, but it is slow and costly. Traditional immunoturbidimetric assays offer speed but compromise on stability and complexity. Our oligomeric antibody technology bridges this gap — delivering HPLC-comparable accuracy on an automated, high-speed platform that is practical, cost-effective, and ready for routine diagnostics.
In a study of 194 clinical samples, our kit demonstrated excellent consistency with the HPLC gold standard (Arkray HA-8180), with a correlation coefficient r = 0.9928— well above the required threshold of 0.975. While traditional immunoturbidimetric assays show low-end repeatability CV of 7%, our kit achieves a remarkable CV < 2.5% — delivering the reliability that clinicians and laboratories demand. After 30 days of in-use stability, our reagent showed a relative deviation of < 5% , compared to >7% deviation for traditional methods after just 15 days. That means less waste, fewer recalibrations, and greater confidence in every run.
