Performance Test of D85-80×9P Multistage High-Pressure Centrifugal Pump (Rated flow: 92 m³/h, Head: 700 m, Speed: 2950 rpm, Rated power: 315 kW; Full pump constructed from 2205 duplex stainless steel).

This pump is designed for extraction of shallow groundwater in the coastal zone near the Port of Alexandria, Mediterranean Sea. All wet parts are made of duplex 2205 stainless steel, which prevents corrosion from high-salinity coastal groundwater during use and effectively extends the pump's service life.

The performance testing is strictly according to ISO9906-2B.

ZD360-90 series self-balancing multistage pump is tested in our workshop, the performance is comply with the order as well as ISO9906-2B standards.

All key parameters including head, flow rate, shaft power and efficiency have been strictly measured and recorded during the whole test process. The pump runs smoothly with low vibration, stable pressure output and low noise, showing excellent dynamic balance performance.

No obvious leakage, abnormal heat or mechanical failure is found after continuous operation test.
