Bend forming methods
1. Hot push forming: Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials. After being heated to 1200℃, it is formed by oblique rolling or extrusion, capable of producing large-diameter (up to 2020mm) thin-walled bends.
2. Cold drawing/rolling forming: It is divided into circular pipes and special-shaped pipes. It has high precision but relatively high cost.
3. Punch forming: It was widely used in batch production in the early days, but is now mostly replaced by hot push method, but still used for special specifications.
