During in-depth communication with our client, we learned that they urgently needed a special model of heat exchanger plate. Unfortunately, we did not have the mold for this specific model. To help the client complete their project on time, we actively coordinated a solution and maintained close communication throughout the process.

Soon after, the client sent us a sample plate. Upon receiving it, we immediately began mold design and manufacturing, and custom-made the mold for the client free of charge. Throughout the entire process, we maintained strict control over every production step, ensuring the plate’s dimensional accuracy and performance met the highest standards.

In the end, we successfully completed production and delivery ahead of the client’s deadline. The client was able to finish their own project on time and spoke highly of our professionalism and efficiency.

Major components including the frame structure, pumps, stainless steel tank, valves, and piping have been installed in place. The system is in good condition and will soon enter the commissioning and performance testing phase.
