For us, the gold standard in circularity means something very specific: a product should be able to become the same again, without adding virgin material and without losing quality or performance.

That principle has shaped ARCHISONIC® Natura Cotton from the beginning. The cellulose forms the acoustic absorber and holds it together, no synthetic binder is required. At the end of each use cycle, the entire absorber can return to our production process and become a new acoustic absorber: not insulation, not filler and not just another lower-value product.

That is why we are proud that ARCHISONIC® Natura has achieved C2C Certified® Circularity Gold and C2C Certified® Material Health Silver under Version 5.0.

For us, the Gold achievement in Product Circularity is independent recognition of what we set out to achieve from the beginning: closing the loop by turning the material into a new acoustic absorber, again and again.

Acoustic privacy is shaped by the space around it.

Room Dividers create visual boundaries and introduce sound-absorbing surfaces between different activities. Made from Cradle to Cradle Certified® ARCHISONIC® Felt, our wide range of dividing products offers a flexible alternative to permanent partitioning.

Because every interior behaves differently, our in-house acoustic engineers offer project-specific assessments, translating room conditions into clear recommendations for quantity, placement and performance – helping you meet the acoustic targets while avoiding over-specification.

NOVA starts with one of the most common ceiling systems in commercial architecture: the 600 × 600 mm T24 grid. It is practical and scalable, yet its exposed profiles often limit the architectural expression.

Designed by Rafa Ortega, NOVA transforms this familiar infrastructure rather than replacing it. Patent-pending FlexFit allows ARCHISONIC® Felt tiles to press into the grid, concealing the profiles and creating a more continuous acoustic surface while retaining access to the ceiling void.

Muji takes this idea into the third dimension. The ARCHISONIC® Felt fins slot into the tiles and lock into place, so the construction itself creates depth, rhythm and pattern.

The NOVA Configurator connects this design freedom with practical planning. Explore Muji alongside the other surface designs, test combinations across 45 colours, and receive an instant material breakdown with tile quantities by colour and the number of raw panels required.

At Uber’s New York office, acoustic performance becomes part of the visual identity.

Designed by IA Interior Architects, Gatsby, Vertigo and Plain Wall Coverings made from Cradle to Cradle Certified® ARCHISONIC® Felt bring colour, texture and acoustic comfort to seating, meeting and focus areas, each with a distinct expression, yet connected through one material language.

But for us, the material story should not end with the first fit-out. As workplaces evolve, the question is: what happens next? Through Re:Impact, our take-back programme, eligible PET-based acoustic felt can enter its next cycle.

Biocircular design is most convincing when it can be experienced through the material itself.

Yesterday, we brought our Cotton Tile Making Lab to the Material Bank Europe Studio in Stuttgart, where architects and designers explored the circular production process behind ARCHISONIC® Natura Cotton.

Made from cotton cellulose and mineral components, without artificial binders or plastic coatings, ARCHISONIC® Natura Cotton is designed to return to the material cycle, again and again. The workshop made this principle tangible while leaving considerable room for individual interpretation.

Participants worked with colour, texture and composition, with some extending the material experiment by incorporating coffee grounds and fragments or newspaper found around the studio into their workshop tiles.

The resulting surfaces demonstrated how a deliberately simple material composition can support a wide range of expressions and prompt new ideas for acoustic design.

Sound, climate and design, resolved in one ceiling.

At Viseca in Bioggio, bespoke ARCHISONIC® Felt baffles work with Barcol-Air climate ceiling systems to support acoustic comfort, heating, cooling and air supply in a 535 m² call centre.

A precise Swiss collaboration above one of the building’s most demanding work areas.

At Material Source London, we made acoustics into something you could taste.

To kick off Clerkenwell Design Week 2026, we hosted a Sonic Seasoning breakfast. To a menu by food artist Barney Pau, we paired audio frequencies with morning bites.

The result was an immediate, physical demonstration of how acoustics alter sweetness, texture, and aroma. Watching a room full of architects and designers experience this shift firsthand drives home a core principle: sound is an active material that completely reshapes human perception.

The material exploration continues throughout CDW. Visit our pop-up lab to uncover the material science behind our fully circular products and physically shape your own custom acoustic tile at Material Source London.
