An M-20A with powered conveyors is now installed and cutting in Texas, placed and supported by HYDMECH dealer Fabtech Solutions.

Built at our Woodstock, Ontario plant, the M-20A is a heavy production machine: 20" x 30" capacity at 90 degrees, automatic programmable mitering from 90 to 30 degrees on demand, 10 HP true direct drive, full stroke hydraulic vises, and an automatic multi-index shuttle. Add powered conveyors on both ends and the operator is loading and unloading instead of positioning every piece.

The VW-18-2 is coming to IMTS Booth #236854.

Vertical cutting with a tilt frame that miters 60 degrees left to 60 degrees right, so the material stays put and the saw does the moving. 22" x 18" rectangular and 17.5" round capacity at 90 degrees, full stroking hydraulic vises, a powered hydraulic guide arm the operator positions automatically, and 5 HP of true direct blade drive with no belts or pulleys.

Job shops, fabricators, and service centers: this is the vertical that earns its floor space.

New S-23A up and running in Georgia.

An automatic mitering band saw installed at a structural fabrication shop, placed and supported by HYDMECH dealer Fabtech Solutions.

The S-23A is built for shops running full cut lists all shift: 16" x 20" capacity at 90 degrees, 8.8 HP true direct drive, full stroke hydraulic vises, and a PLC touchscreen that stores 100 jobs with 20 in the queue. Program it once, then let the multi-index shuttle feed it.

An H-22A-120 with multiple conveyors is now installed at O'Neal Manufacturing Services in Louisville, Kentucky. Factory install by Lance, working alongside the team from Kentech Machinery, Inc.

Automatic 22" capacity cutting with a 10 ft bar feed and material handling on both ends, which means high volume production without an operator babysitting every cut.

The double miter DM-10 will be at IMTS Booth #236854. It's also in stock right now, ready to ship.

Double miter cutting means the head swings 45 degrees left through 45 degrees right, so angled work gets cut in one setup instead of flipping and re-clamping the part. Cast iron build, true direct blade drive, 10" round capacity, and a footprint that fits a working shop floor.

A HYDMECH V-25 vertical tilt frame band saw is on its way to Dickson Testing Company.

Dickson Testing is a full service destructive testing laboratory serving aerospace and metal producers worldwide, with specimen fabrication and cut-up work alongside their metallurgical, mechanical, corrosion, and chemical testing. When your cutting feeds a test result, the cut has to be right the first time.
