Combining seasoned expertise with innovation, we design, engineer, and manufacture everything from custom millwork to detailed metal fabrication. Our way of doing things is more than just a process; it’s an inspired expression of who we are. If we don’t quite fit the mold, we embrace the challenge of creating a better one.

Along with our client projects, we took on a major internal project of moving our wood shop to a new (to us) building across the street from our metal shop and head office. The scale of the wood shop better supports our larger programs and rollouts, and the proximity allows us greater oversight on all aspects of each project.

Lululemon set out to push beyond its existing retail standards, introducing new material expressions, refined detailing, and large-scale sculptural fixtures. The challenge was translating this ambition into a highly functional fixture system that balanced durability, weight, and day-to-day usability, while integrating seamlessly with existing structural conditions and an accelerated flagship timeline.

Visual Elements led the engineering and fabrication of a bespoke fixture system tailored specifically for the SoHo flagship. Through close collaboration and extensive prototyping with Lululemon’s global design team, VE developed custom hardware, long-span shelving, and sculptural feature walls that preserved the design intent while meeting operational and performance requirements.
