Rinse off dirt and debris, keep your gutters clear, check the fasteners now and then, and look over the seals and trim. That's really all it takes!

Myth: metal roofs attract lightning⚡

Not true! A metal roof is no more likely to be struck than any other roof and if lightning ever does hit, metal is non-combustible, so it won't catch fire and it safely spreads the energy away. That actually makes it one of the safer roofs to have in a storm!
