Internal vibration in hollow core extrusion is sometimes viewed as a feature.
In reality, it is fundamental for a high-quality slab. 🏆

Zero-slump concrete must consolidate instantly through the auger. Without internal vibration, compaction becomes inconsistent, and slab quality varies.

UltraSpan extruders deliver vibration directly where the concrete is being formed. Reliance on compaction alone places greater demand on the machine and the mix itself, while internal vibration allows the concrete to consolidate more effectively as the slab takes shape.
