Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (35–40 hours per week)

Job Overview
Diemould Service Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Illinois location. This role involves a combination of warehouse operations, customer service, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming packages from vendors
- Process and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
- Replenish and maintain inventory stock levels
- Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and pickups
- Perform data entry for orders, shipping, and invoicing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset
- Experience in the plastic injection mold industry is an asset
- Familiarity with shipping software such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx systems is preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
