Why would Coastal Corp choose Graptor? 🦖

Justin needed a solution that would let his crew work efficiently throughout the day.

No operator wants to hop out of the cab, change lines, hook up new attachments, and repeat every time the task changes. It's inefficient and unsafe.

38,000 pounds of hand crafted steel, built for one purpose: moving earth.

It's surreal to look at this bucket and think back to the very first one we made. Now we're building mining buckets the size of a pool, and it's only possible because of the contractors who trust us with their fleets.

We're grateful for every opportunity to work with them and help them get more out of their equipment.

The largest JCB Excavator in North America and first in the Northeastern USA.

Justin and his crew are running a brand new JCB 370X up in Rhode Island, making it the first to hit land in NE USA. Coastal Corp needed an attachment on the end of the stick that could move with their machine and still be versatile on jobs, that's why they called AMI.

We worked with Derrick at Alta to build a Graptor that could work under their Automatic Oil System so they could drop the Graptor, pick up a hammer, break rock and load it into trucks after.

We headed to Rhode Island to see why Coastal Corp trusts the Graptor, powered by RAMCAM, on their jobsites.

Justin's crew moves fast and takes on a wide range of applications, so they needed an attachment that could keep up. That's what brought them to AMI.

The integrated thumb lets Justin and his team place rock with precision, then drop the attachment and pick up the next tool without losing momentum.

Conversations with contractors like Justin matter to us. They show us how our end-users actually work on the ground, so we can keep building attachments that meet the real demands of the jobsite.

We visited coastalcorp in Rhode Island to check out their new JCB 370X paired with our Graptor 🦖.

Justin and his crew got their hands on a brand new 370X the largest JCB North America available on the market to date. The machine also became the first one in Northeastern USA 🇺🇸.

Coastal Corp has been blasting and hammering rock then precisely lowering into trucks. After having issues with a pinned on thumb they knew they needed something integrated they could drop and pick up.

That’s when they gave us a call. Working with their dealer at Alta we were able to come up with a Colton the customer could rely on.

2 Passing tri-axle's has never looked so easy. 🪨

Over at the continental paving quarry, our WA500 GPB nicknamed the '2-pass' is showing why it's earned its name. When it's not loading trucks in two passes, it's mixing and moving material without missing a beat.

7,000 hours in and the bucket has no rebuilds.

Talk about combining efficiency and durability.

Helical Pile Solutions Ltd. out in Alberta showing off the power of the AMI Pipe Grapple. 🦾

Pipe is a way of life out in western Canada, and contractors rely on tools that won't let them down. Transporting and installing long sections of pipe can be awkward to maneuver, so companies often turn to attachments built specifically for the job rather than slinging it and slowing down production.

It's always a pleasure to see unique attachments and applications like this out in the field.
