This reel is a little love letter from the Vancor crew to Cassie, because while we’re so excited for this next chapter in her life, we’d be lying if we said we’re not going to miss her around here.

At the end of the day, waterworks and wastewater infrastructure might be what we supply, but people are what keep this place running.

Meet Cassie 👋

From receiving inventory and product invoicing to helping customers find exactly what they need, Cassie plays a huge role in keeping things moving at Vancor Supply.

With a background in construction and a strong focus on customer service, she brings a balance of industry knowledge, organization, and approachable support to the team every single day.

One thing that stood out to us while putting this feature together? Her answer about the Vancor team always working hard to find solutions and help customers as quickly as possible, because that mindset really reflects the culture here.

While we’re excited to share Cassie’s intro it’s also bittersweet, as she will be heading on maternity leave at the end of this week. We will miss her around here but can’t wait to meet Baby D!

Still thinking about what a great turnout our Open House BBQ was!

It was awesome seeing so many customers, contractors, vendors, friends, and families all together in one place enjoying the day, talking shop, making connections, and supporting local industry.

The Big Bike Giveaway is tomorrow at Merrittville Speedway! We will be there enjoying some weekly dirt track racing and watching so many lucky kids ride away with a brand new bike 🚲

Most people never think about the angle of a wastewater pipe OR they assume that it's installed flat, but let's chat about that!

If sewer pipes are installed too flat, solids can settle and create blockages. If they're too steep, water can move faster than the solids, leaving debris behind and causing build-up anyway.

Proper wastewater infrastructure is all about balance and when systems are designed and installed correctly, communities across the Niagara Region benefit from:
