Tanya will be joining us as our new Operational Excellence, bringing over 10 years of experience across quality, health & safety, operations, HR, and compliance within the manufacturing industry.

Throughout her career, Tanya has worked behind the scenes to strengthen systems, support teams, and ensure operations run efficiently and safely. From implementing ISO 9001 quality management systems to driving compliance, elevating customer satisfaction, and embedding continuous improvement into daily operations, she understands what it takes to build a structure that supports growth.

With 📊 operational insight, 🦺 a strong focus on health & safety, and 🤝 a people-first approach to leadership, Tanya will be overseeing:
