Another big food‑processing project wrapped up last year. Most of the equipment was second‑hand, so we dismantled it, transported it to the new site, reassembled everything & tracked down or replaced all the missing parts.

We also handled the offloading of the new tunnel freezer, built the defrost water tank, the blueberry de-stemmer, and a long list of other pieces needed, to get a processor fully operational.

Another project in the books! We just finished a scheduled plant shutdown with North Taste Flavourings — new product and water lines, new equipment setup, and upgraded their old PVC glycol lines to stainless steel. Excited to head back in a few months when the rest of the new equipment arrives to complete the next phase.

Building flat bottom aluminum dorys. Strong, lightweight, and made to last.

This one is 20 feet long and 8 feet wide at the washboards. It has a watertight, self-bailing floor with a 1/4" seamless bottom, 3/16" sides, and 1/8" checker plate floor.

We can add seats, benches, fuel tanks, center console—whatever works best for you. Available in sizes from 16' to 22'. Feel free to reach out for details!

Wrapped up another big one! Finished installing custom handrails and removable grating in the fish hatchery filtration room. This project has been in the works for a while, so it feels great to see it all come together with the final touches. Huge thanks to for bringing us on board to handle the metalwork—always a pleasure working with solid partners.

A new processing plant in Albion Cross is a game-changer for the Nabuurs brothers.

“When we combine the blueberry acreage our parents have, the strawberry fields that came with the garden centre, and the new fields of raspberries we planted, our family grows more fruit than we can sell out of the Farm Market in a matter of three or four weeks,” says Terry Nabuurs.

“But with the ability to clean, freeze and store the crop in our processing plant, we can spend those three weeks concentrating on the harvest and then use the rest of the year to add value to our crop.”

Completed some stainless piping last week. We've put a lot of work into this blueberry processing line, over the last few months. Really exciting to see things starting to come together! 🫐
