🏗️Building Performance Starts Before the Building Is Built.

We’re proud to support the Lakeside Church of Living Hope in Camrose, Alberta with NECB Energy Modelling for Building Permit compliance.

Energy modelling allows us to look beyond what a building will look like and understand how it will perform—evaluating the interaction between the building envelope, HVAC systems, lighting, and overall energy use against the NECB reference building.

For Enthalpy Engineering, it’s more than completing a compliance requirement. It’s about providing the design team with the analysis needed to move confidently toward permit and construction.

We’re pleased to share another project awarded to Enthalpy Engineering Incorporated — providing NECB Performance Path Energy Modeling for an office renovation project in Wainwright, Alberta.

The project includes approximately 1,640 ft² of conditioned office space, including private offices, a boardroom, corridors, common areas, and supporting spaces.

Our scope includes development of the proposed and NECB reference building energy models using eQUEST (DOE-2), energy performance analysis, and preparation of compliance documentation to support the building permit process.

Another project supporting energy-efficient, code-compliant buildings across Canada. 🇨🇦

Enthalpy Engineering Incorporated is pleased to be supporting the Healthy Soy Food New Factory in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Our team has been engaged to provide Building Energy Modelling and BCBC 2024 Energy Compliance Services for the project, which includes the renovation of an existing food-production facility and construction of a new factory building.

Our scope includes whole-building energy modelling, building envelope and HVAC performance analysis, energy code compliance assessment, permit documentation, and AHJ review support.

Another opportunity to apply practical building-performance engineering to support efficient, code-compliant industrial development in British Columbia.

🇺🇸 NEW PROJECT AWARD | RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA

We are pleased to announce that Enthalpy Engineering Incorporated has been awarded the MEP Design and Mechanical Commissioning contract for the Building 100 HVAC Repair by Replacement Project at March Armed Forces Reserve Center in Riverside, California.

The project involves the modernization of the facility’s building systems, with Enthalpy providing multidisciplinary engineering design and commissioning services in support of the HVAC infrastructure improvements.
