We are pleased to announce that Enthalpy Engineering Incorporated has been awarded the MEP Design and Mechanical Commissioning contract for the Building 100 HVAC Repair by Replacement Project at March Armed Forces Reserve Center in Riverside, California.

The project involves the modernization of the facility’s building systems, with Enthalpy providing multidisciplinary engineering design and commissioning services in support of the HVAC infrastructure improvements.

We are proud to continue expanding our portfolio of U.S. federal and institutional projects and to bring our integrated approach to MEP engineering, energy performance, and commissioning to this project.

From Design, Functional Testing to Final Turnover.

Great design and commissioning doesn't end when the equipment starts.

It ends when the owner receives a facility that has been tested, documented, and is ready to operate with confidence.

We're proud to have served as the Design Engineer and Commissioning Provider for the CA023 U.S. Army Reserve Center in Los Alamitos, California, working alongside an outstanding project team to help deliver the mechanical systems through final testing, documentation, and closeout.

This project included:
-Full Mechanical and Electrical Design
-Risk Analysis
-Functional Performance Testing (FPT)
-Mechanical systems verification
-Issue tracking and resolution support
-Final closeout documentation and O&M manuals

Enthalpy Engineering Incorporated has been engaged to provide NECB Permit Energy Modelling for a new 23,465 ft² (2,180 m²) Office & Warehouse Development in Parkland County, Alberta.

Project Highlights
• 23,465 ft² (2,180 m²) total building area
• 20,450 ft² industrial warehouse
• 3,014 ft² office space
• New Part 3 building designed to demonstrate compliance using the NECB 2020 Performance Path.

Another Milestone for Enthalpy Engineering Incorporated.

We are excited to share that Enthalpy Engineering Incorporated has been awarded the building energy modelling scope for a new TD Bank development in Ontario, Canada.

Our team will be delivering NECB / Ontario SB-10 Performance Path Energy Modelling, supporting the project's compliance with the Ontario Building Code's performance requirements while helping optimize the building's energy efficiency from the design stage. Performance-based energy modelling under SB-10 provides flexibility to achieve compliance while improving long-term building performance and operational efficiency.
