Simon Manvell is the Chef Owner of West Coast Food Service Agencies. Simon purchased the company in 2015 but has been in the industry since 1994.

Simon's background of over 25 years in the BC and International Hospitality industry started with his first job as a dishwasher at The Boat House in West Vancouver, BC when he was 13 years old.

Simon is a Red Seal Endorsed (RSE) Chef with a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA) and has also completed Level I of the ISG Sommelier Certification.
