💚 This Sunday, we celebrate International Women's Day 2026.
Today we recognize the incredible women who inspire us every day in our workplace, our industry, our communities, and our lives.
At BES, we proudly support this year’s theme, “Give to Gain.” It’s a reminder that when we actively support gender equality, we strengthen our shared sense of purpose and connection.
When we give support through respect, advocacy, and opportunity, it creates a ripple effect. Small actions can lead to meaningful change, and together those actions help move all of us forward.
For us at BES, giving support means building an environment where every voice is heard, every contribution is valued, and leadership is defined by ability, not gender.
