Thanks to the incredible generosity of employees and supporters, and B2Gold’s matching contribution, Mike Cinnamond, B2Gold President and CEO, raised $76,432 for the 2026 Mining for Miracles - Pie Throw campaign. Together with industry partners, the campaign raised an amazing $2.1 million in support of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

The funds will help support the new Centre for Health Complexity, providing specialized care for children and youth with complex health needs.

While in Astana, Kazakhstan, to participate in the Astana Mining and Metallurgy Meeting, B2Gold executives also took part in a meeting of the Kazakhstan-Canada Business Council, which B2Gold has joined—the KCBC promotes trade and investment between the two countries. B2Gold was represented by Vic King (SVP, Exploration) and Neil Reeder (VP, Government Relations) who were joined at the event by Christopher Duggan (Ambassador of Canada to Kazakhstan) and Dauletbek Kussainov (Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Canada).
