Marilena Cafe & Raw Bar is Toptable Group’s first restaurant in Victoria, bringing its well-known standards of seafood, service, and detail to Vancouver Island.

For Foundry, the project meant helping balance limited space with the chef’s requirements for a kitchen that could support the restaurant’s pace and precision.

⛳ Marine Drive Golf Club needed more cold storage and more room for prep.

Moving the walk-in cooler to the kitchen’s longest wall and using the available height helped achieve both. See how this change affected the wider kitchen layout:
