Bully Dog Equipment LTD is expanding across Eastern Canada, and we're looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help grow our business!
We specialize in selling mini excavators, excavator buckets, and heavy equipment attachments at competitive prices throughout Canada. We're looking for individuals who want to earn extra income by helping us connect with customers and close sales in all provinces of Canada.
What the Position Offers
Work on your own schedule. No set hours or full-time commitment required.
Generous commissions paid on completed sales.
Excellent opportunity to earn additional income alongside your current job or business.
Our existing BC sales representatives are completing approximately 5–10 sales per two-week pay period, with some earning $500+ per week in commissions. All you need to do is make local postings on marketplace etc, and funnel us the leads and completed sales.
We provide product photos, pricing, specifications, and sales training.
Ongoing support and coaching to help you understand our equipment and close sales.

What You'll Be Doing
Advertising our excavators and attachments through Facebook Marketplace, social media, and your own networks.
Responding to customer inquiries and generating sales leads.
Helping customers find the right equipment or attachment for their needs.
Following up with potential buyers and closing sales.
Building relationships with contractors, landscapers, equipment operators, and construction businesses.
Who We're Looking For
Motivated, independent individuals with good communication and customer service skills.
People comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and social media.
Sales experience is an asset but not required.
Knowledge of excavators, construction equipment, or attachments is a major advantage.
Ability to manage your own time and take initiative.
Individuals looking for flexible work with strong earning potential.
Compensation
100% Commission-Based – No Hourly Wage or Salary
This is not a traditional full-time position. You'll work flexible hours and earn commission on each completed sale. Our equipment offers competitive pricing, allowing us to provide attractive commissions to our sales representatives.
The more sales you generate, the more you can earn. There is no fixed earnings cap.
