What is better than having the whole in-house production team field testing the wear resistance of our new material in development: Cemented Tungsten Carbide.

The Conflux 1 Metal 3D Printing platform is ideal for prototyping easy, fast and safe. This converging-diverging nozzle has been printed in WC-17Co and is now installed in our sandblaster.

And the best part? Print-time of this prototype was just under 3 hours.

We weren't lying when we said we liked big parts!

Even though the Conflux 1 system is best suited for parts in the 10x10x10cm range, we like to push the boundaries! This carburetor adapter is 9.5x10x12cm after sintering, and 18% larger before sintering - a great example how design for sintering can make even bigger parts fast and easy.
