Do you enjoy helping customers bring their ideas to life?

Pacrim Log Structures is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help customers find the perfect cabin, bunkie, sauna, shed, office, or recreational building. You'll work with clients from their first inquiry through selecting the right pre-fabricated log structure kit for their needs.

If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd like to hear from you.

**What You'll Do**
• Guide customers through the selection and purchase process
• Develop quotations and follow up on leads
• Learn our complete line of log structure kits and customization options
• Assist customers from initial concept through ordering
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure customer success

**What We're Looking For**
• Sales experience (building products, construction, retail sales, or related industries is an asset)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
• Comfortable discussing plans, options, and project requirements
• A genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals

This 14' x 32' prebuilt shed was delivered fully assembled in one piece and set in place ready to use — no kit, no on-site build. Now used as a hay loft, it offers great interior height and easy access for stacking and storage, exactly as shown here. Simple, solid, and built to work. 🏡

A little winter appreciation ❄️ Even though we haven’t had much snow this year, we’ve been looking back at winters past and all the moments our display village has looked extra charming under a fresh layer of snow. These photos were taken over the years and feature many of the bunkies and structures on display here in our village — proof that a little snow only adds to the coziness. Sometimes it’s nice to pause, appreciate the quiet beauty of winter, and daydream about what’s next. ☃💕

Our Two-Storey Bunkie is our most popular model for good reason — a charming 9' × 12' (104 sq ft) cabin that balances character, functionality, and smart use of space. We now offer a 3 ft loft extension kit, expanding the loft from the standard 6' × 9' (50 sq ft) to 9' × 9' (81 sq ft), making room for a queen bed and a far more comfortable sleeping space. The Two-Storey Bunkie is priced at $13,995 and includes all hardware, floor boards, wall boards, roof boards, doors, windows, and a metal roofing package; the loft extension kit is $950. Both are available now, with limited quantities until Spring — message us for availability or more details.
