This weekend meant something different for our team. 🇺🇦🇨🇦

Composite Deck Shop was proud to be a sponsor of the first Ukrainian Prayer Breakfast held in Toronto — a beautiful gathering that brought the community together in faith, music, and unity. Hearing the violins fill the room while seeing so many familiar faces from our team in the audience was a moment we won’t forget.

We’re blessed to be part of the Ukrainian community here in Canada, and even more grateful to support events that celebrate who we are and where we come from. So many of our employees joined us, and standing together in prayer for Ukraine and for Canada made the morning truly special.

Last week, we held a sales training focused on the new product lines and brands we are introducing in our store. We reviewed key product knowledge across the brands we currently carry, while also preparing our team for the new additions coming in 2026, including SunBelly privacy screens and 3Peaks decking and siding. Our goal is to stay at the forefront of the industry and make sure our clients always receive accurate, up-to-date information.

We also discussed best practices for serving clients better, understanding their needs, and helping them make confident decisions, especially during challenging economic times. As we continue to grow, this kind of training helps us strengthen our team, improve the customer experience, and build on the momentum we have created over the past six years.
