We provide end-to-end technology solutions — from UI/UX design to AI-powered applications — helping businesses and government entities across the globe build scalable, automated systems.

📌 About the Role
We are building out a comprehensive system using SkyVerm as our core automation platform, integrating it with our CRM so we can manage citizen interactions and government workflows in one place.

🎓 Freshers are encouraged to apply but you MUST have project experience.

We're looking for a full-time Automation Engineer to join us and own this integration.

You'll be responsible for:

Automating government portal processes end-to-end

Building APIs to connect SkyVerm with our CRM

Handling all automation workflows we need

⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows for government portals

Develop RESTful APIs to integrate SkyVerm with our CRM

Automate manual processes currently handled through government portals

Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of all automations

Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows

Work closely with the team to identify new automation opportunities

Document all integrations and workflows clearly

🛠️ Required Skills
Strong experience with API integration (REST, SOAP, webhooks)

Familiarity with automation platforms (SkyVerm experience is a plus)

Understanding of government systems or similar complex portals

CRM background (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for automation scripting

Experience with database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)

Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, API keys)

Detail-oriented – Catches edge cases before they become problems

Works independently – Can own projects from start to finish

Communicates clearly – Explains what's achievable and sets realistic expectations

Problem solver – Finds creative solutions to complex portal limitations
