Our Story

Inertia is a trusted collaborator for start-ups and early stage companies who need an expert to help them research, design, engineer, manufacture and launch their hardware product ideas.

The Inertia team believes that the experience of working together is just as important as the result - which is why we see ourselves first as a service company, second as an engineering and design company. We help customers through the product development process from idea stage all the way to delivering a manufactured product - and all points in between. We not only excel at the fun stuff like inventing, designing, and prototyping, but also with the critical details such as design for manufacture and supply chain management - the stuff that is often overlooked but can make or break the success of a hardware product development project.

Over the years, we have developed a team, culture, process and systems that forms the foundation for our high-speed innovation. The diversity of our work helps to feed our innovation - bringing ideas from one project / industry to the other.
