A first for us at the shop... The bed cylinder was leaking, customer had no time to remove it for repairs. They brought the truck to us, we removed the cylinder, repaired it with new fresh seals, a hone job and a new fabricated rod. The cylinder was then reinstalled in the truck, bled properly, and back to service is went.

This is an issue we encounter often, cylinder needs to be repaired ASAP, but no man power to remove it.

We will now be offering this service to all our customers, removal and installation, if the need is required.*

We will run a trial period to evaluate the market, and hopefully in the new year we can get into a service truck, and provide field calls and services.

Just one step closer to our "One Stop Shop Vision".

Busy September at the shop! Wrapped up the five 870 cylinders, the 395 stick cylinder made it out, on a fresh newly built skid, some plant cylinders on our very own racks, some 20 pipe getting some vic cut grooves, and then some!

Versatility and the ability to delivery on multiple fronts, be it repairing or fabricating cylinders, fabricating racks, grooving pipe, repairing centrifugal pumps and process valves, hydraulic hoses and fittings, we truly aim to be a one stop shop for our customers. If we can't do it, we have an incredible network that can help out!

Whatever made contact with this rotator, did it HARD! Hard enough to bend that 3/4" plate with reinforcement gussets welded to the back.

We'll be replacing all the mounting plates, seals and bearings. With a fresh paint job, she'll be good as new!
