Tempered Layered Compaction is the way the PR200 fills and compacts flower in stages instead of all at once.

It adds a controlled amount of flower, compacts that layer to the proper density, then adds the next layer and repeats the process until the cone is complete.

By building from the bottom up, the PR200 can create more consistent density throughout the cone.
