As many of our customers are aware, on April 06, our delivery driver, Kenneth MacDonald suddenly passed away. We not only lost a good employee but a great all around person to all who know him. Kenny was a class act around the shop and he will be greatly missed. Our hearts are with his family during this time; as they were as much as a part of our Hawkins family as he was.

Kenny beat cancer but not the side effects of the treatment. His sudden passing has left his wife Margie, with some unexpected expenses.

Some of you have reached out and asked how you can help Margie during this time. Know that your kindness is much appreciated as we navigate this heartbreaking situation. We kindly ask; if you wish to, make a donation, in the hopes of removing some of the stress during this difficult time.

Donations can be dropped off at Russell W Hawkins Ltd, 374 George Street, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
