Last week, we brought our teams together across our locations for our townhalls. A chance to share what’s been happening across the organization, talk about what we’re working toward, celebrate progress and, most importantly, hear questions directly from our people.

A little friendly competition never hurts. ⛳️🏌️

On September 13, our Zelus and Ventri teams hit the links at Oak Gables Golf Course for our annual golf tournament.

A great day to have some laughs and spend time with teammates from across both companies. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a fun day!

Now that’s a view.

The final crane is up, completing this impressive 150/30-ton overhead crane installation and 295-foot runway system.

From manufacturing and electrical through to installation and commissioning, this project took a tremendous team effort to bring across the finish line.

Seeing both cranes in place, with a Zelus truck underneath for a little perspective, says it all.

Another major project coming together through a true team effort.

This 150/30-ton overhead crane and 295-foot runway system features an open winch design, 500-amp conductor bar, 100 lb rail, bridge-mounted LED lighting, anti-collision technology and VFD control throughout.

A huge thank you to our Manufacturing and Electrical teams for the hard push to get this equipment completed and ready on schedule.

And an equally big shoutout to our Installation team for executing the plan in the field, working through challenging high-wind conditions and delivering the installation with precision.

Great work across every department to bring this one together. 💪🏗️

Our Ardent Team came together for our annual Summer Event held this year at Bingemans Big Splash! Employees and their families enjoyed a day filled with sunshine, water slides, mini golf, laughter, great food, and plenty of time to relax and connect outside of work.

From splashing around in the waterpark to enjoying our BBQ lunch together, it was a fantastic day celebrating the people who make Ardent what it is. Here’s to summer, great memories, and an even greater Ardent team!
