A couple of bars of 3/8" x 1" flat bar. A hole has been drilled in one end of each bar, and a tenon has been drawn on the other side. These will both get 90 degree bends in them, and the tenons will be upset to hold the pieces together, forming a frame.

More to come. Until next time, toodles! ⚒️

Howdy instafolk!

Today, another Level 2 curriculum project.

This is a fire poker with forge welded poker end and basket twist handle 🗑️

This project was very forge weld-intensive. The basket twist element requires 2 forge welds, the poker end requires 1, and it takes 1 further forge weld to attach the basket handle to the poker end.

Until next time, toodles ⚒️
