I provide Handcrafted Decorative/functional Ironwork, I take pride in what I do

Upon graduating from high school in 2012, and having no plan for a future career, I was stumped. In what was to be my first year off from school, whilst working a part time job, I thought hard about what my interest were and what I could possibly make a life out of. This eventually led me to focus on my artistic nature and through doing so I discovered my love for moving hot metal with a hammer! Though blacksmithing is not in high demand like it was 1200 years ago, I feel drawn to it just the same and thus Roscoe Ironworks was born. Currently, I am working a full time carpentry position and blacksmithing as a hobby. I am always improving and honing my skills and with one step at a time I intend that Roscoe Ironworks will be my future.

"Among the Cattails" , finished yesterday , this piece is being donated towards a fundraiser/silent auction that is taking place towards the end of the month for a friend of mine, dealing with cancer. They have a deep love of the outdoors so it only seems fitting this piece reflect some of that.

Hello everyone , its been a while! But I will be posting more again soon. I just wanted to Share this
Recently completed memorial trellis I made for our beagle/basset Brady who passed away in October , those who know me , know i love our dogs very much so this was a hard blow at the time... , but Im glad we will soon be able to look out at him and see this trellis surrounded by many(soon to be planted) perennial flowers . For years to come.

Being able to make gifts like this mean the world to me. I was asked a while ago by a friend of mines wife if I could make a shelf for her to give him for Christmas, him being a firefighter from "Station 50" she wanted elements that reflected that aswell as his last name on top.

And this was the final product.
Very happy to hear from her this morning, telling me he was overwhelmed by it and simply loved it.

Bringing joy to others with my work has always been and will be my goal.

Merry Christmas again, to everyone !
