Upon graduating from high school in 2012, and having no plan for a future career, I was stumped. In what was to be my first year off from school, whilst working a part time job, I thought hard about what my interest were and what I could possibly make a life out of. This eventually led me to focus on my artistic nature and through doing so I discovered my love for moving hot metal with a hammer! T

hough blacksmithing is not in high demand like it was 1200 years ago, I feel drawn to it just the same and thus Roscoe Ironworks was born. Currently, I am working a full time carpentry position and blacksmithing as a hobby. I am always improving and honing my skills and with one step at a time I intend that Roscoe Ironworks will be my future.

Its Disheartening to hear of Steve's Passing
I had the pleasure of meeting steve years ago through my mentor , and very much enjoyed his company and chats about blacksmithing then and there after.. Steve was always very supportive of my work and was there to offer any advice if I needed it , rest easy Steve I will swing the hammer a little more loudly next time . Just for you.
