The 2027 Rotary Dream Home Lottery has been revealed!
We are honored to be a provider behind this exciting project, delivering the custom house plans, high-quality architectural renderings, and energy code calculations required to turn the Dream Home concept into reality.
We look forward to sharing this beautiful home with the community and supporting the Rotary Club’s continued work.
The Rotary Dream Home Lottery is preparing to celebrate its 34th Annual Dream Home, with two familiar partners once again bringing the 2027 home to life. Unique Home Concepts returns for its fifth consecutive year as the official builder, with the home once again located in Carriage Lane Estates
The 2027 Dream Home will be a stunning bungalow where rustic organic design meets modern farmhouse style, combining natural materials, rich wood accents and timeless craftsmanship with spaces designed for gathering, entertaining and relaxing.
